Dear Julie,
we cannot believe a year has passed since we were married in Perugia town hall and had a beautiful reception at your castle.
In the hire car on the way Paul's brother saw the Borgia castle from a distance and said 'wow - look at that place!' not knowing that's where he was going to be staying. We drove up the tree lined driveway up the hillside and then 'wow' just wasn't enough!
We had just 3 months to prepare for the wedding in Ialy and you helped us so much. With both of us working full time and a small child to organize you sorted out all the paperwork for us effortlessly and stored my wedding dress that we posted to you.
From the time we arrived to our departure a week later you did more than we could ever have hoped for from a wedding planner. It is the little extras that were so kind of you, such as assisting me with choosing the florist and flowers to match my dress and taking me to the beautician (which was much needed since our daughter had been ill and we had only had a few hours sleep each night prior to the wedding!).
The reception exceeded all our expectations for our small party of guests. The unexpected finishing touches of flowers and candles in the courtyard were lovely and we were unaware that the photographer, Giorgio, you had also help choose was taking lovely photographs as the daylight dwindled.
Your chef was excellent and we would like to thank you for your assistance with the menu making sure that we didn't order too much!
Our only regret is that we didn't spend longer at your castle.
