Check-out: within 10:00 am.
The price of the rental includes: Welcoming dinner on saturday for 14 people (only for a minimum staying of 7 days), Cleaning daily, domestic appliance, the water, gas, electricity, and weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Payment Options: wire transfer
A security deposit of euro 500 will be asked on arrival
Housekeeper: 6 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Cooks available upon request: breakfast,lunch or dinner
Cancellations and Refunds: There are no refounds for cancellation.
Deposits: 20% rental fee at time of booking to hold reservation, 40% 120 days prior to arrival, balance 90 days prior to arrival.
