Monteluce is a small country village with swimming pool set on a hilltop near the pretty town of Passignano on the shores of the lake Trasimeno, at the border of Tuscany and Umbria. The ancient farmhouse was beautifully restored and converted into nine very charming unites, stone built, with thick white-washed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, carefully restored and beautifully furnished with traditional rural furnitures. The village has a total of 36 sleeps, that's why Monteluce can be rented also as one unit for a group of maximum 36 people.

The apartments and relative outside spaces have been created in such a way as to provide each of them with independence and privacy. The yard with the stone made barbeque which is situated in the center of the village can be enjoyed by all the guests staying at Monteluce so as the swimming pool. The property is run as a club, giving each individual family their privacy and at the same time offering them a list of daily activities and visits to some of the most secret and beautiful spots in Umbria and Tuscany. Here at Monteluce you will enjoy the very famous sunset of the Trasimeno lake with a good glass of wine around the pool area or in the central yard.

The houses are equipped with central heating and hot water, completed with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
All apartments have kitchen, lounge, dining area, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of them are structured into 2 floors, others on one single level, but all of them have a beautiful view of the lake. At the bottom of the village there is a nice swimming pool 12mx6m facing on the lake. The swimming pool is in exclusive use of our guests only.
